Homemade dressing is always better than store bought. It's great on salads or as a dip. Give this a try and let me know what you think!
Honey Mustard Salad Dressing/Dip
1 c mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c honey
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced white onion
Dash dried parsley flakes
1/2 c canola oil
salt and ground black pepper
1. In a blender, mix the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, white vinegar, and mustard until smooth. Blend in the honey, sugar, onion, and parsley.
2. Slowly add the oil while blender is running and mix until well-blended. Seas with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Use immediately or store in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
