Tasty Baked Chicken

I love these chicken tenders. They're my favoritest ever (probably b/c of the butter, it's ALWAYS the butter). :) They're great with spaghetti and breadsticks, but they'd be good served with just about anything. Serves 4.


Tasty Baked Chicken

1/3 c margarine
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb thawed (raw) chicken tenders (or breasts cut length-wise)
1 c cornmeal, crushed corn flakes, or bread crumbs (Panko are my favorite)
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Combine butter with Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl.
3. Mix dry ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag.
4. Coat each piece of chicken in butter mixture then place in zip lock and shake bag to coat. Place coated pieces in a single layer in a 9x13 pan. Drizzle any leftover butter mixture over the chicken.
5. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until center of tenders in middle are no longer pink.
