Yellow Rice

I loooove delicious rice. And this is delicious! I served it with an Indian dish and it was perfect. You can serve it with toasted slivered almonds sprinkled on top. Serves 4.

Yellow Rice

3 1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red chili pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
2 c Jasmine rice

1. Add broth, tumeric, cumin, garlic, pepper flakes and salt to rice cooker; stir well. Add rice. Cover and cook.

NO RICE COOKER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add broth, tumeric, cumin, garlic, pepper flakes, salt and rice to medium pot; bring to a boil. Cover and turn heat to low; let simmer 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
